Welcome to The Secret Side of Love. The Secret Side of Love is operated by Hollywood Music Company LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms govern your access to and use of The Secret Side of Love website, membership features, stories, books, videos, reader tools, forums, community spaces, and related services.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing or maintaining a membership, accessing protected content, or participating in the community, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Adults Only

The Secret Side of Love is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where they live, whichever is higher.

By using this website, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We may suspend, restrict, or close accounts if we believe this requirement is not met.

Nature of the Site

Monthly and annual versions of the same membership tier generally provide the same content access, although their billing periods and prices differ.

Your access may depend on your membership level, payment status, account status, and compliance with these Terms.

We may change future membership offerings, features, access rules, or pricing. Any change to the recurring price of an existing subscription will be handled in accordance with applicable law and any required notice or consent.

Recurring Subscriptions and Billing

If you purchase a recurring paid membership, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the applicable recurring membership fee according to the amount and billing frequency shown at checkout.

Recurring charges will continue until the membership renewal is canceled, the subscription otherwise ends, payment cannot be completed, or the account is terminated as permitted by these Terms.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. Your payment information may be subject to the payment provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

If a payment fails, membership access may be paused, restricted, canceled, or otherwise affected.

Do not submit payment card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive credentials through forums, email, community posts, or other communications with us.

Cancellation and Paid-Through Access

You may cancel renewal of a recurring membership through the available account or membership-management options.

Cancellation stops future recurring renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current or any previous payment.

When a paid membership is canceled normally, paid membership access continues through the end of the period that has already been paid for.

For example, if you cancel before your next renewal date, you generally retain the applicable paid membership access until the existing paid-through date.

After the paid-through period ends, the paid membership expires. If your account remains open and eligible, it will generally return to Free Member status.

An active paid member cannot use the Free Member checkout as a way to immediately terminate an already-paid membership period. To stop paid renewal and return to Free Member status, the member should cancel renewal and allow the existing paid-through period to expire.

Paid Membership Plan Changes

Some changes between paid membership plans may be available immediately, while others may require the current paid membership period to end first.

Immediate Plan Changes

When an immediate paid plan change is offered:

• The new membership begins immediately.
• You are charged the full price of the new membership at the time of the change.
• The previous recurring subscription is canceled.
• Unused time on the previous membership is not prorated, credited, or refunded unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

In other words, an immediate upgrade or other eligible immediate plan change does not reduce the price of the new membership based on unused time remaining on the prior membership.

Plan Changes That Cannot Be Made Immediately

Certain plan changes are not available immediately, including some annual-to-monthly changes and certain changes to a lower membership tier.

When an immediate change is not available, you must:

1. Cancel renewal of the current paid membership.
2. Keep your existing membership access through its paid-through date.
3. Allow the current paid membership to expire.
4. Select and purchase the new desired paid membership afterward.

We do not automatically schedule a future charge for a different paid plan when the current paid membership expires.

The membership options shown in your account and at checkout may be limited based on your current membership so that only permitted plan changes are available.

Refunds and Proration

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, membership payments are generally non-refundable once charged.

Cancellation does not create a refund for the current paid period.

Immediate membership plan changes are charged at the full price of the new membership. Unused time on the prior membership is not prorated, credited, or refunded.

We may choose to issue a refund, credit, or other adjustment at our discretion where permitted. A discretionary refund or credit in one situation does not create an obligation to provide the same treatment in the future.

Any separate refund terms expressly presented at checkout will also apply.

Community Rules

Community spaces are private, moderated, and designed around discretion and respect.

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, shame, abuse, or target other members.
• Post hateful, violent, exploitative, illegal, or non-consensual content.
• Post or request sexual content involving minors or anyone who may be underage.
• Share another person’s private or identifying information without permission.
• Dox, identify, expose, or attempt to identify members.
• Post payment information, passwords, private credentials, or security-sensitive information.
• Spam, scam, scrape, automate, or disrupt the website or community.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access.
• Copy private community content outside the website without permission.
• Repost, distribute, or publicly share protected member content.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
• Use the website in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

We may remove content, restrict accounts, moderate posts, suspend privileges, or take other action if we believe these rules have been violated.

Forums, Topics, and Replies

Members may be allowed to create topics and replies within forum areas available to their membership level.

Regular members may not create new forums, child forums, categories, or administrative forum structures unless specifically granted permission.

Forum visibility, access, and posting permissions may vary by membership level.

Access to a forum does not guarantee an unrestricted right to post. Posts and replies remain subject to moderation and these Terms.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, post, or upload.

By submitting content to the website, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive right to host, display, store, reproduce, process, moderate, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate the website, provide community features, maintain backups, enforce these Terms, respond to reports, and protect the website and its members.

You are responsible for content you submit.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to share.

We may remove, restrict, or moderate user content when appropriate, but we are not obligated to monitor everything submitted to the website.

Attempts to defeat or circumvent those measures may result in suspension or termination.

Reader, Book, Download, and Video Features

Reader progress, favorites, protected downloads, online reading, video access, and similar features may be made available to eligible members.

These features may change, pause, or become unavailable due to maintenance, technical limitations, provider issues, content changes, licensing issues, account status, or other operational reasons.

Access to a particular membership level does not guarantee permanent availability of every story, title, video, download, forum, or feature.

Reports and Moderation

Members may be able to report content or behavior.

Reports are used for moderation, safety, and enforcement. Do not abuse reporting tools.

Moderation decisions are made at our discretion, subject to applicable law.

We may remove content, restrict posting, suspend accounts, revoke access, issue warnings, or take other reasonable action when we believe it is appropriate to enforce these Terms or protect the website and its members.

Privacy and Discretion

We aim to provide a discreet member experience, but no online platform can guarantee complete privacy.

Suspension and Termination

Termination for a violation of these Terms is separate from ordinary membership cancellation.

Ordinary cancellation of a paid recurring membership generally preserves paid access through the paid-through date as described above.

Where permitted by law, suspension or termination for serious misconduct may result in immediate loss of access to membership content, community spaces, reader features, video access, downloads, and account features.

A suspension or termination for violation of these Terms does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

Disclaimers

The website, content, memberships, and related services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or always available.

We do not guarantee that every content item, feature, forum, book, video, download, or membership benefit will remain permanently available.
